Happy New Year!

Pilates has been a part of my life for more than 25 years and has become my life-long way of physical and mental well-being. In his book, Return to Life, Joseph Pilates explains his amazing method and philosophy of how we can attain the goal of physical fitness at a minimal cost, and that through our own efforts, we can perform quality exercise routines, follow simple health rules and give our bodies the care it deserves. 

 

It is an absolute joy to be able to help others by providing a space that brings release, a space to execute a full-body workout, without the fast-paced, run of crowds and noise, and a place to reset. I want to encourage you to get back to a simpler way of taking care of the body God gave you, without the heavy expense.

 

Begin the new year with a fresh outlook and I pray Pilates becomes a part of your life-long wellness journey too.
